Connector privacy
This policy covers Campaign Brain's historical research connector, operated by Pulse AI Studios.
Information we receive
The connector receives the tool arguments your client sends: factual search terms, state, office and year filters, a result limit, or a historical case identifier. It does not connect to private accounts or files, request payment details, or retrieve your full conversation history. Personal information could be included if you put it in an argument; use factual research terms and avoid confidential information, credentials, donor or voter files.
Hosting infrastructure also processes connection information, which may include the connecting service or device's IP address, request time, route, response status and HTTP/protocol metadata. The connecting IP may belong to ChatGPT's infrastructure rather than your device. If you contact support, we receive your email address and message.
Purpose and recipients
We use tool arguments to search a fixed factual metadata collection and return records and citations. Hosting operational information supports delivery, troubleshooting, security and abuse prevention. Support correspondence is used to answer your request. The connector code does not build user profiles or use inputs for advertising.
Vercel hosts the service and processes requests and operational records. Pulse AI Studios' authorized operators may access operational records for these purposes; our email provider processes support correspondence. Your client, including ChatGPT, receives tool results. No research prompt is sent to an AI model provider by our server.
OpenAI handles ChatGPT conversations and account information under its privacy policy. If you open a citation link, the publisher handles that visit under its own policy; the connector server does not send your research question to that publisher. Vercel's separate practices are described in its privacy policy.
Retention
Tool arguments and results are processed in memory for the request. The application does not log tool inputs or save an ongoing research history in a database.
Our hosting team uses Vercel Pro. Vercel publishes a runtime-log retention period of one day for standard Pro, or up to 30 days if extended observability is enabled. These are runtime-log limits, not a promise that every provider record is deleted after one day. Separate provider security or account records, and ChatGPT's records, follow the respective provider's policies.
Support correspondence is kept to handle your request and may remain in our email system until deleted. This connector policy does not set an automatic support-email deletion period; you can request deletion.
Your controls and requests
Send only the factual arguments needed for a lookup. You can stop future transfers by not using the connector or by disabling or removing it in your client. Manage saved ChatGPT conversations through OpenAI's controls.
For privacy questions, or to request access, correction or deletion of personal information Pulse still holds, email Randall@PulseAIStudio.com. Include the approximate request time and tool used, without resending confidential content. We will review the information we control and removal options available through our providers. Logs may already have expired; provider logs may not support individual-entry deletion. We cannot delete your ChatGPT conversations or records held by publishers.
