Research access terms

Campaign Brain provides historical factual metadata and citations. A successful research invocation uses 25 credits and returns up to 20 matching records. The report and CSV can be exported from that result without another charge. An unavailable, refused or no-match invocation restores its credits. Retrying the same request ID recovers its settled result without charging again.

The one-brief purchase allocates 25 credits. Research monthly access allocates 125 credits; Firm monthly access allocates 625. These plans can be used only for Campaign Brain research. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. Research stops at an insufficient balance; there is no automatic overage charge.

To cancel renewal or request help with a billing error, email support with your Stripe receipt or account identifier. Credit restoration for a failed request is separate from a payment refund. Support will review payment and fulfillment evidence; no automatic cash-refund promise is made here.
